The main tasks of the employee are:
- technical advice on the handling of a sports product, a luxury product aimed at people who practice sports and like modern technologies
- accepting customer requests and analysing them
- assistance in solving problems reported by clients
- helpline work
Requirements:
- knowledge of English (level B2) and German (level C1)
- customer service experience – welcome
- interpersonal skills
- teamwork skills
