The main tasks of the employee are:
- sale of the product offer through internet shops and Amazon portal
- product offer management in the above mentioned channels
- analysis, optimization and planning of marketing and sales activities
- updating and modifying the product offer in both channels
- adding products, creating descriptions of them, creating commercial offers
- implementation of assumed sales plans
- providing customers with the necessary information
- building and maintaining positive relations with customers and taking care of a positive image of the company
Requirements:
- ability to sell through their own web shops and/or through the Amazon portal
- experience in daily contact and comprehensive customer service
- entrepreneurship and creativity
- independent work and focus on goal
- knowledge of German at a minimum level. C2 (Native speaker )
- knowledge of English at a minimum level. B2
