IT Project Manager (Poland)

We are looking for a Project Manager to implement new systems supporting customer service (e.g. POS) or ERP class systems.
Cooperation with a client from the clothing industry (retail).

The main tasks of the employee are:
- setting the goals and priorities of the implemented project
- coordination of the tasks of the project team in order to achieve the planned project phases
- co-creation of assumptions for the project, schedules, requirements analyses
- creating a risk analysis for the project, project progress and budget
- ensuring proper relations between all project participants, including internal and external clients and suppliers
- representation of the project at meetings
- responsibility for project documentation, cost accounting, performing analyses in cooperation with the Project Controller
- proposing improvements and solving problems that arise during the project
Requirements:
- experience as a Project Manager / IT Project Manager (or similar) in the implementation of IT projects in the area of software development and hardware
- highly developed interpersonal skills, in particular communication skills, assertiveness, teamwork skills
- very good oral and written English (a prerequisite)
- higher education – welcome with IT profile
- practical knowledge of international standards / tools PM – PMI, Prince2 etc.
